Team Counterstrike

Heroes from parallel universes(All the same person, but with radically different lives). When transuniversal forces cause them to arrive in the same universe, they fight together as Team Counterstrike(Named such, because parallel people are referred to as Counterparts.)

The most important hero in this team is missing because, while none of these representations do the present heroes any justice, it would do him the LEAST, and he has particular effects and uniform stripes I could never get.

The heroes that are present are:

The Animus(with bear claws and hummingbird wings) - Has the ability to become animals, grow animal parts, and steal energy from plants.

Myst(The other flying one) - Has control over dark energy, and dark matter, the most repulsing force in the universe, and the most attracting substance in the universe respectively.

Phoenix(The red crouching one) - When he goes into battle, he burns oxygen, carbohydrates, and lots of water. His body is able to sustain facilitated tachycardia, with elastic blood vessels to withstand. His muscles beef up and he become 5 inches taller. He is burning hot to the touch, and feels like an oven burner. He also uses steam jets to fly for short bursts.

Chimera(The one phasing in and out of invisibility) - At a moments notice, he can stop his atoms from interacting electromagnetically with atoms outside his body, turning him invisible and rendering him capable of walking through walls. When not invisible, his eyes can see in x-ray light.

Paramecium(The one with clones) - Paramecium's main three powers are wall-climbing, asexual duplication, and contamination. During contamination, Paramecium releases noxious gas through pores on his skin. Asexual duplication is his most amazing ability, allowing him to quickly duplicate, until his enemy is facing upwards of 10 times the power.

Dilatant(With the stretched arm and legs) - Cell walls and cytoplasm are fused with oobleck(a non-newtonian fluid, which gets stronger when you put stress on it). This makes him invulnerable to kinetic damage(bullets, fists). When moving his arms fast enough the oobleck can also support his appendages when stretched, although they dont snap back, since it's not elastic.

Octomaton(Walking on four octopus tentacles) - Bit by an octopus mutated to deliver a mutant gene, Octomaton has no bone, cartilage, or tendons, as all those tissues were converted into muscle. Beneath his arm he can retract or display four large octopus tentacles which he can walk on, or grab with.
